If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned for exchange or refund by mutual agreement, provided that they are returned to us in unused condition within 7 days of receipt by you.
Please note: colour choice is not included as a valid reason for exchange or refund.

It is your responsibility to cover courier costs for returns/exchanges. You should ensure that your Cocoon goods are fully insured for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in transit. Please reuse the original packaging, if possible, when returning, or make sure goods are properly packaged to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of way bill as claims can then be made against the courier for loss or damage. Items should be returned in their original packing to the address provided once your claim has been authorised.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware any international customs duties and sales taxes incurred will not be refunded.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
