Classical long bias-cut gown with 1" bias trim. To obtain the perfect effect we cut directly into the fabric so the trim is flat and seamless. This method uses double the amount of fabric but the result is an immaculate finish.

Cocoon is one of the few companies in the world that offers bespoke, made to measure, production so please contact us if you have any special requirements.Although, please note with our made to measure service each order is final, no refund, return or exchange is applicable.
Depending on your requirements if a new pattern needs to be made a fee of US$75 is applicable.SATIN SILK
Cocoon uses the very best satin silk available on the market.
Satin silk is a natural product and 100 % protein. The consistency of silk in its natural state is almost identical to human hair. It is also allergy free. It is resilient and strong, warming you when cold and cooling when warm and the most sensuous of fabrics to wear, a perfect second skin.
Care: The best way to care for your silk is to hand wash in baby shampoo, towel dry and iron when damp.
CASHMERE
Our cashmere is unique to Cocoon and handwoven specially from our specifications in Nepal. We use a combination of Pashmina and Cashmere which is woven to a fine weight and is incredibly soft and luxurious.

SILK VELVET
Our silk velvet is sourced from the best producers and is lustrous and colour fast. As it is one of the most difficult fabrics to sew we are among the very companies that have silk velvet in their collection.

Each piece is individually cut & sewn as per your special order. We do not stock any items.
For Satin Silk delivery is between 3 to 4 weeks.
For Satin Silk Prints, Cashmere & Velvet delivery will be between 4 to 6 weeks.FedEx is our courier of choice.
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned for exchange or refund by mutual agreement, provided that they are returned to us in unused condition within 7 days of receipt by you.
Please note: colour choice is not included as a valid reason for exchange or refund.

Email: sales@cocoonbyrandik.com quoting your order number within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
It is your responsibility to cover courier costs for returns/exchanges. You should ensure that your Cocoon goods are fully insured for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in transit. Please reuse the original packaging, if possible, when returning, or make sure goods are properly packaged to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of way bill as claims can then be made against the courier for loss or damage. Items should be returned in their original packing to the address provided once your claim has been authorised.
Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware any international customs duties and sales taxes incurred will not be refunded.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
